[DL] Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Ontology Generation with Large Language Models (LLMs) at Griffith University, Australia

Dear colleagues,

We are seeking a Research Fellow to play a key role in the ARC Linkage project “Ontology Generation with Large Language Models for Regulatory Processes.” The project is conducted in collaboration with an industry partner in the space compliance sector.
In this role, you will design and develop novel algorithms for automated ontology and knowledge graph construction, implement and fine-tune advanced AI systems, and work closely with PhD students to evaluate and validate project outcomes.
Applicants should hold, or be close to completing, a PhD (or equivalent qualification) in Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Engineering, Knowledge Graphs, Ontologies, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
This is a full-time, two-year fixed-term position based at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
Salary package: AUD $107,295 – $125,682 per annum
