Halifax, Nova Scotia,
Canada (25-28 June 2013)
SCOPE
*********
The goal of the ANT-2013 conference is to provide an international forum
for scientists, engineers, and managers in academia, industry, and
government to address recent research results and to present and discuss
their ideas, theories, technologies, systems, tools, applications, work in
progress and experiences on all theoretical and practical issues arising in
the ambient systems paradigm, infrastructures, models, and technologies
that have significant contributions to the advancement of ambient systems
theory, practices and their applications.
At ANT-2013, there is a dedicated track on Service Oriented Computing for
Systems & Applications (SOCSA). The aim of this track is to bring together
communities interested in the theoretical and the practical aspects of Web
services. The organizers of ANT-2013 (WS track) welcomes papers from
researchers working in service oriented computing to submit papers for
consideration for presentation and for publication in the conference
proceedings.
Topics of interest in the SOCSA track include (but are not limited to):
- Automated and adapted services
- Cluster systems
- Design, testing and Evaluation tools in service computing
- Grid systems
- Inferred environmental data
- Integration of pervasive computing systems
- Interaction and management
- Intersections of service-oriented computing with other research areas.
- Ontology matching for service discovery, negotiation, orchestration,
composition, and execution
- Pervasive services & applications
- Pervasive communications
- Pervasive infrastructure and development
- Platforms, middleware systems and services
- Power aware computing
- Quality of service in service computing
- Security aspects in service-based applications
- Semantic Web services
- Sensing systems
- Service management and protocols
- Service-oriented architecture
- Service-oriented software engineering
- Service system technology
- Service-oriented applications
- System support infrastructures and services
- Ubiquitous web services
