Hi Erick,

probably I can give you some information. The article found could help you if you have an ontology 
in which not only the TBox is specified but also the ABox. In this case, applying this measure you 
can determine the similarity between concepts but some experimental trials have proved that this is 
not good for assessing similarity between individuals. If you are interested you can find other
