Subject: KR 2026 Call for Videos (extended deadline)

Since deadlines of several workshops co-located with FLoC (DL, NMR) moved closer to ours, we push the deadline for the KR 2026 Video Track to the
22nd of May. Below is a brief recap' of the call for videos.

*******************************************************************************
Call for Videos for the KR 2026 Video Track
*******************************************************************************
The video track has three goals:
1. Boost KR’s reach—Help researchers share their work in ways that a wider public can enjoy and understand.
2. Spotlight interesting applications and insights—Give KR work a stage, whether it’s breakthroughs for science, industry, or just curious minds!
3. Sharpen your science communication skills—Challenge your ability to explain KR concepts with clarity, creativity, and confidence using a different medium!

One video will receive special recognition: the Best Video Award, selected both by the PC and by the KR 2026 participants. The winners will be announced during the conference. All accepted videos will be published on the official KR Conference YouTube channel
(https://www.youtube.com/@krconferenceseries9472).

Authors of accepted videos are not obliged to register for the KR 2026 conference. However, we would be delighted to congratulate authors of award winning videos at the conference award ceremony in person.

not limited to:

- Introduction to a particular research area or a research project relevant to KR.
- Visualisation of concepts, methods or research results relevant to KR.
- Introduction of non-commercial software tools developed for KR or relevant for KR researchers.
