Note revised important dates. </div><div style="margin:0px"><br></div><div style="margin:0px">Conference Scope</div><div style="margin:0px"><br></div><div style="margin:0px">SACAIR2020 is the sequel to the inaugural Forum for Artificial Intelligence Research (FAIR2019), which took place in December 2019 in Cape Town, South Africa.
