[DL] Change of servers for mailing list

Dear all,

as announced at the DL workshop in Oslo, we had to relocate the DL mailing list to another list server internally. This relocation is now complete. The email address for postings remains ( dl at dl.kr.org ), and all your subscriptions and settings have been transferred to the new server. The only thing that changes for you is the URL of the subscription management interface (for modifying your subscription and access to the archives); this URL is automatically included in every email sent to the list, see below.
