[DL] Want some tutorial or example for Ontology

Hello Frnd,
    I need some tutorial , in which it describes the use on protege, jena framework and pletter reasonor in some example.
I create one ontology on protege on the topic computer science department, then after what should i do to implement this.
or how can it will be useful in semantic web.
I am new learner of semantic web and its technologies.
if u guys will help me , then i will be grateful and thankful to u
