 Dear Colleague,
 
 You are cordially invited to participate in ICTAI-2004, the 16th IEEE
 International Conference on Tools with Artificial Intelligence, to be
 held in Boca Raton, Florida, on November 15-17, 2004. The early bird
 registration rate is currently effective and will last until 
 October 22nd, 2004.
  
 This conference provides a major international forum where the 
 creation and exchange of ideas relating to artificial intelligence 
 are fostered among academia, industry, and government agencies.
 
 This year, we received over 220 submissions from worldwide. Only
 59 high quality research papers were accepted as regular papers, 
 43 as short papers. In addition, 10 poster papers were accepted
 to present during the conference reception.
